Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis. No reservation is confirmed until deposit or full payment is received. Full payment is required with at least 14 days prior to arrival. There is a $100.00 cancellation charge if you cancel with more than 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds on cancellations or modifications made within 14 days prior to check in date. No refunds on or after check in date.
If you stay less than 90 days there is a 7% room tax. Cleaning charge is $75.00 per apartment.
Some properties require that a Rental Contract be signed by the renter and that a refundable security deposit is made. Security deposits will be billed on a separate invoice and refunds will be made with no more than 30 days after departure date.
Check in time is not earlier than 1:00 PM and check out time is not later than 11:30 AM. Guest must inform San Juan Inbox their flight information and arrival time in San Juan, and any changes on their arrival schedule, if applicable. Guest must contact San Juan Inbox upon arrival in San Juan on check in date by calling 787-453-6657.
We will be on premises for check in purposes on date and time provided by clients.
Guests must observe and maintain good behavior at all times and require the same to all individuals who enter his apartment or building. Guests must return the units clean and in similar conditions they were provided on check in day. Any damage done to the apartment will be charged to the renter.
Keys (and beepers, if applicable) must be returned on check out date. Non compliance carries a $125.00 dollars penalty.
